Yes, all course media can be paused at any time and viewed as many times as necessary prior to taking exam. Only once exam is accessed are videos, PDFs and other training material inaccessible.

Your certificates are automatically issued to your account as secure PDF documents upon successful completion of courses, as well as emailed to you. To view certificates within your account click on the Certificates tab in the menu to view a listing of certificates currently issued to your account. If you are having technical issues printing off your certificate, ensure you have the latest version of adobe acrobat reader installed. If you are still having issues, try printing your certificate from another computer. If you still have problems please contact support@HealthSafetySchool.ca

Training must always be taken from a personal account. Log in to your personal account and click on the Active courses section. Click on the applicable course and proceed through the modules and exams. If you do not have any courses available, consult your training administrator or ensure that you have purchased the appropriate courses.

All of our course materials are created by Certified Health and Safety Consultants and are updated regularly to ensure the compliance of our clients.
